Used Uniform Sale!

The Spring PTO Gently-Used Uniform Sale will be held Sunday March 6 from 8am-12pm in the school cafeteria. Gently-used uniforms for all ages will be available for sale at a reasonable price. Cash, check, or Venmo accepted. Please enter and exit through the metal gym doors on Derry Street. REMINDER: spring uniforms begin Monday March 14, so stock up on those spring uniform items! In addition to buying the items you need, this is also a great fundraiser for the PTO!
If you cannot make it to the sale, we will be sending an online order form you can submit. We will do our best to fulfill your order based on our inventory.
If you have uniforms to donate, please drop them off at the school office during regular school hours. They should be clean and in gently-used condition. If you want to receive credits, please include a note in the bag with your name and a list of the items you are donating.
Volunteers are needed for set up (possibly Friday night and/or Saturday morning) and for the sale on Sunday. Please contact Kelly Rogers if you can help: kzanzinger@hotmail.com.

2021 Online Day of Giving is coming!!

On November 18th we will be holding our annual 24 hour Online Day of Giving!!    Our goal is to reach $10,000 in 24 hours!   Any donations are greatly appreciated!

New Pickup Procedure! Effective 9/16/21

STARTING TODAY Thursday, September 16th- we are going to ask that you please text (prefered) or email the full name of the student(s) you will be picking up to car@sclhbg.org

IT IS IMPERATIVE, THAT YOU DO NOT TEXT YOUR STUDENTS NAME UNTIL YOU HAVE ARRIVED IN THE CAR LINE. This will prevent a build up of students in the gym.

If you are unable to text/email their name, we will ask that you park along the side and we will deliver the student to you when we call for them.

Again, this is a new procedure and may take a little time to become routine, but we believe it can be very helpful for our staff, not only due to the shortage, but especially during rain and cold months.

Also, please remember not to block the entry ways into the parking lot during dismissal time.

Lastly, when exiting from the morning drop off, you may try to create two lines to exit the driveway exit. If you are turning left and can stay to the left side, it will assist those turning right and avoid any back up. Again, this is not a policy that SCLS has implemented, but has been done by parents in the past to assist with departure from morning drop off.

Summer Office Hours

The SCLS office will be open Tuesdays-  Thursdays from 8am-12pm during the summer, beginning June 15.  We will be closed the week of July 5th-9th. If you need to contact office staff outside of these hours please email schooloffice@sclhbg.org. Thank you!
