Mini Thon 2025

Bowling Party!

The Student Council is having a Bowling Fun Night on Saturday, January 31st to finish out Catholic Schools Week. What better way to celebrate our SCLS family than with a night of fun all together! All proceeds from the event will go to the Four Diamonds Foundation and count towards our MiniTHON total. Tickets are PREORDER ONLY and all orders are due by January 23.

 T-Shirts!

Business and Individual Sponsors:

As part of our fundraising efforts, business and individual sponsorship opportunities are available. For as little as $500, $250, $100, $75, or $50, your company logo or child/family name can appear on the back of the 2026 t-shirts. Sponsor forms are due by Friday, January 16th. Please see the attached form for more details.

Mini-THON T-Shirts:

This year’s t-shirt features our theme, “Lighting the Night,” and an original design based on the theme. Order forms and payment for T-shirts must be received by Friday, January 16th. 

Students who purchase and wear the Mini-THON t-shirt are permitted to wear their mini-THON shirt with uniform bottoms on the Mondays prior to Mini-THON– February 23rd, March 2nd, and March 9th. They are permitted to have a full dress down day on Mini-THON, Thursday, March 12th. All t-shirts purchased will be distributed at school prior to February 23rd.

Please note that 8th grade students should indicate their t-shirt size in the separate 8th Grade section. The remaining grades should indicate their size in the section below 8th grade sizes. ALL SHIRTS MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF ORDER (INCLUDING 8th GRADE).

Pretzel Fundraiser!

We are starting an exciting new fundraiser for our SCLS MiniTHON! We will begin selling Philly Pretzels as a special Friday snack during the time leading up to our MiniTHON event. Elementary students (PreK-5th) will have 7 opportunities to purchase a pretzel and the Middle School students will have 15. The delivery dates are as follows: 

  • Elementary student delivery dates are: 11/21, 12/12, 1/16, 1/30, 2/12, 2/27, 3/12
  • Middle School student (6th-8th) delivery dates are:  11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/12, 2/20 2/27, 3/6, 3/12

Orders and money for each delivery date are due the Monday before delivery (see order form for exact dates). The order slot on the form will close at that time, and no exceptions will be made. You can order for upcoming dates at any time prior to the due date and do not need to submit all orders at once. You can order one at a time or multiple weeks. It is truly up to you!

Pretzels are $2.50 each or you can preorder for all of the delivery dates for a special deal! See below for the details:

    • Elementary Deal: (PreK-5th) If you preorder for all 7 pretzel delivery dates, you will only pay $15! That means that you buy 6 pretzels and get the 7th FREE! 
      • Deal ends: Monday, Nov. 17. 
  • Middle School Deal: (6th-8th) If you preorder for all 15 pretzel delivery dates, you will only pay $32.50! That means that you buy 13 pretzels and get 2 FREE!
  • Deal ends: Monday, Nov. 10

You have two options to pay for your pretzels:

  1. Cash – EXACT CHANGE ONLY, no change will be given (Send in an envelope marked with “Child’s LAST NAME/MiniTHON Pretzel Sale”)
  2. Venmo @Mary-Eileen-Dick (make sure to put “LAST NAME/Pretzel Sale” and dates in note)
  3. *****NOTE: Even though you must fill out a separate order form for each child, you can pay for all of your children at once. Just write a NOTE on the envelope or Venmo submission indicating the NAMES of the children, the DATES of delivery, and the NUMBER of total pretzels.
