Have your gifts wrapped while supporting local children undergoing cancer treatment. Members of the Bishop McDevitt Mini-Thon Committee will be in LGI Room 103 . Your free will donation supports McDevitt Mini-thon and Penn State’s Children’s Hospital Four Diamonds Fund.

Did you purchase an item for the Giving Tree? Drop your unwrapped gift (and it’s Giving Tree tag) to this event. Our student elves will wrap and deliver it for you…gift wrap is already provided!

PLEASE NOTE: Giving Tree items must be returned by
noon on December 15th.

Thanksgiving Schedule

We will follow our National/Federal holiday schedule on November 28-29, 2019.  The parish office and school are closed. The Eucharistic Exposition and Adoration, will not be held on Thursday nor Friday. There is one community Mass celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. However, the 6:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Masses will be held on Friday.

Coat Drive through January 7th

Have winter apparel you no longer need? Please donate so that others may be warm this season!

Winter Coat Drive

Drop off in the School Office Monday to Friday during school hours.

Now collecting clean coats, hats, scarves, gloves and blankets, in good condition.  Items will be provided to The Joshua House and distributed to Allison Hill Ministries for those in need in the area.

New this year: Hoodies (sweatshirt with hood) are also being accepted and are in high demand, as are hats.

Pancake Breakfast and Craft Sale December 1

SCLS PTO HOLIDAY PANCAKE BREAKFAST AND CRAFT SALE

The Saint Catherine PTO is hosting an All You Can Eat Holiday Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, December 1 from 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. in Murray Hall. Several local vendors will be selling cash and carry items during the breakfast. Santa and crafts for kids will be available from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

The cost of the breakfast is $7 for adults, ($8 at the door), $4 for children ages 4-10 ($5 at the door) and children 3 and under are free. Advance ticket sale prices are good until Wednesday, November 27.

New Altar Server Training November 20

There will be an Altar Server Training on Wednesday, November 20 from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. in the Shrine Church for all students currently in 4th Grade and older who are interested in becoming an Altar Server.
