Parishioners who have experienced the loss of a loved one are invited to participate in a weekly Grief Support Group program based on the Grieving with Great Hope series. Facilitators are gentle, caring individuals who themselves have experienced the loss of a loved one. Participants need not attend all sessions.
Pre-registration is not required but requested for planning purposes. If interested, please contact the parish office at 717.564.1321 or at parish@sclhbg.org
This weekend, we are being asked to prayfully commit to a lifetime of stewardship, to prayerfully consider how we might increase or giving in time, talent and treasure.

A gentle wash is applied to the altar. This process was slow and thorough.

A section of the concrete floor was drilled for laying the conduit which will protect the electrical wiring to the organ.

It’s Thursday, July 13, 2017 and some exciting things are happening outside the Shrine Church.
The bricklayers are covering the canopy framework in new bricks that match the old brick of the Shrine Church. This will make for a substantial entryway.

The last wall of bricks for the north entrance was completed today, July 11, 2017. Once the HVAC pipes are in place, the construction team will pour concrete for the steps.
