2023-2024 Annual Financial Report

Together, let us continue to uphold our shared commitment to stewardship and community.

It is with great joy and gratitude that we present to you our Fiscal Year-end Financial Report. We are delighted to report that our parish has achieved significant milestones in our financial management. Noteworthy achievements include our total Sunday Collection reaching 99.21% of our projected budget showing a positive trend over the past few years. Additionally, our total operating income exceeded expectations at 115% of our projected budget. Remarkably, our expenses have remained on target despite the numerous planned and unplanned projects undertaken throughout the year.

As we prepare for the new school year, we are excited to share the impactful changes that have taken place in our beloved school over the summer. Our commitment to providing a welcoming environment has driven these upgrades to our school facilities.

In the recent past, we have focused on enhancing the school experience for our students by replacing restrooms, renovating Kindergarten and Pre-K classrooms, and installing new flooring in the upper-level classrooms. Summer 2024 saw major changes to Grades 4 and 5 classrooms located in the lower level. Changes  included: replacement of air-conditioning units, new drywall installation, fresh paint and vinyl plank flooring upgrade throughout classrooms and the hallway. These improvements have transformed our learning spaces into vibrant and conducive environments for growth and development.

Moreover, we are excited to announce that our technological infrastructure has been strengthened with the installation of a new school PA system plus telephones for the school and parish office. Thanks to a Commonwealth grant, this system brings enhanced features to streamline communications between classroom to classroom, classroom to office, and teachers to parents.

These renovations reflect our unwavering dedication to providing a nurturing and enriching educational experience for our students that aligns with our values of community and spiritual growth. We are grateful for your continued support and look forward to welcoming our students back to a revitalized school environment.

We are committed to financial transparency and responsible budget management, ensuring that your generous contributions are utilized effectively to support our parish’s mission and ministries. We invite you to delve into the detailed financial report included in the bulletin insert to gain an understanding of our financial performance.  You may always contact us with questions.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to each member of our parish community for your unwavering support and generosity. Your contributions have made a tangible difference in sustaining the vital work of our parish. Together, let us continue to uphold our shared commitment to stewardship and community.

With sincere appreciation –  The Parish and School Staff
