Very Reverend Neil S. Sullivan, VF
Father Neil Sullivan was born in New York City and raised in Harrisburg. Father Sullivan received his priestly formation at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in Overbrook, Philadelphia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, a Master of Divinity degree, and a Master of Arts Degree in Pastoral Theology. He did his graduate studies in liturgical theology and ritual at the University of Notre Dame. He was ordained a priest in 1997 and has served in parishes in Lancaster, Camp Hill, Steelton, and Harrisburg as well as a high school chaplain. He served for ten years as the Director of the Diocesan Office of Worship and Liturgical Master of Ceremonies for the Diocesan Bishop. In addition to his parish responsibilities, Father Sullivan is the Director of Spiritual Formation for the Permanent Diaconate Formation Program of the Diocese of Harrisburg. He also serves as the Dean of the Dauphin Deanery and is a member of the Diocese of Harrisburg’s College of Consultors and Presbyteral Council. He is a member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre and a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus.
Reverend Kevin Coyle
Father Kevin Coyle grew up in South Jersey with his parents, Joe and Beth, and his sister, Maureen. He moved to Pennsylvania in 2005 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in cultural anthropology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with focused studies on minor world religions and indigenous peoples. He studied philosophy at Saint Vincent Seminary and earned a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology from Saint Charles Borromeo Theological Seminary.
Father Coyle served as a Deacon at the parishes of St. Joseph and San Juan Bautista in Lancaster. In addition to serving as Parochial Vicar to Saint Catherine Laboure Parish, Fr. Coyle also serves as the Chaplain for Bishop McDevitt High School. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano and backpacking with friends. His hobbies include family genealogy, music, and enjoying the outdoors.

Sister Elizabeth Ann Motz, IHM
A native of Philadelphia, Sister Liz attended Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and received her higher education at Immaculata University. She has served in seven dioceses in North and South America and is fluent in Spanish. As Pastoral Associate, Sister assists in the pastoral care of our parishioners and those who come to us in need. This includes visitation to our parishioners who are in hospitals and nursing homes as well the homebound. She also facilitates the registration process for new parishioners. Sisters manages Catherine’s Cupboard (our emergency food bank for the poor) and directs our Thanksgiving Food Drive and Christmas Giving Tree Project.
Mr. Mark Frey
Mark and his wife Nancy have three grown children, Jill, Holly and Joey who all attended Religious Education at Saint Catherine’s. They also have four wonderful grandchildren, Ethan, Olivia, Gavin and Charlotte. Mark officially joined Saint Catherine Labouré Parish after going through the RCIA formation in 2001 and becoming a Catholic. He began his career at Saint Catherine’s in January 2011, after previously working in the Supermarket industry for both Giant Foods and Weis Markets. His education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Albright College as well as a Certificate in Church Management from Villanova University. His hobbies consist of running, biking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Joreen Kelly
Joreen has served as the Music Minister at Saint Catherine’s since 1976 after graduating from Lebanon Valley College with a degree in Music Education. In addition to being the parish organist /choir director she taught music at Saint Catherine Labouré School from 1976 until 2011. In 1995 she discovered a new passion, technology, and began to teach computer applications as well as web site creation and digital media. In 2011 she began her second career with the parish as the social media coordinator for the parish; which includes editing the parish newsletter, our mobile app, Daily Inspirations, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media applications. She has taken graduate courses at Millersville University, Pennsylania State University and Wilkes College.

Ms. Kathy Panza
As Director of Stewardship, Kathy works to foster a sense of belonging among the members of the parish by coordinating programs, ministries, and activities that strengthen and support the parish as a Community of Faith. She engages our parishioners to live the Faith by sharing their time, talent, and treasure. Kathy serves as a contact for established parish organizations and ministries as well as a point person for those special events which bring the parish together to build community. She strives to create opportunities and framework to help parishioners understand that stewardship is an expression of discipleship that calls us to share our gifts of time, talent and treasure.

Mrs. Joan Ellen Frist
Jo Ellen has twenty-one years experience in Catholic Religious Education serving seventeen years supporting the Archdiocese for Military Services as a contract RE Coordinator and the last four years as Coordinator at Saint Patrick Parish in Carlisle, PA. She graduated with a BA from the College of Mount Saint Joseph on-the-Ohio. She is the mother of three and the grandmother of eleven. In her spare time she enjoys ushering for the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra at the Forum and Hershey Theatre performances. In a past life she has been involved in Adult Religious Education, Youth Ministry, Liturgy, RCIA, Parish Administration, Sacrament Preparation, Pastoral Parish Council and Hospice.

Mrs. Deb Salldin
Deb has been a member of St. Catherine Labouré Parish since childhood and has enjoyed raising her seven children in our parish community. She is a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School and received her bachelors in education from Shippensburg University. Deb has had many experiences within the realm of religious education, faith formation, and faith-based organization leadership.
Deb provides opportunities for adult members of Saint Catherine Labouré Parish to grow in all aspects of the Christian life. She works with our parish RCIA process, Pre-Jordan Program (preparing parents for the Sacrament of Baptism of their children), Pre-Cana Program (working with mentors preparing couples for the Sacrament of Marriage, Adult Continuing Catechesis, and Catholics returning to the practice of their faith.
Ms. Kathy Sperry
Born in western Pennsylvania, Kathy has lived in Harrisburg and been a parishioner at Saint Catherine Labouré Parish for over 42 years. Kathy is an alumna of Saint Catherine Labouré School and Bishop McDevitt High School. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the National Education Center and has over 26 years of Parish Office experience.

Sharon is responsible for all financial records of the parish and works closely with Mark Frey, Busness Administrator. She has been a member of Saint Catherine’s Parish for 16 years. She is married to Patrick and they have 3 sons.

This position advances the mission of the parish through administrative support to the Parish Manager. This staff person oversees the parish’s compliance with diocesan and state Youth Protection standards and coordinates other details of parish temporal and human resources.
