Free Pancake and Sausage Breakfast

Here in Central Pennsylvania, we have the Pennsylvania Dutch tradition of Fasnachts the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. But in the United Kingdom, it’s Pancake Day. Instead of making donuts to use up flour, sugar, and eggs before the Lenten fast, they make Pancakes.
Sunday, February 23 will be Pancake Day here at Saint Catherine’s. A complimentary (yes…free!) Pancake and Sausage Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. in Leo Hall. We hope you can join us.
