Father Lease is a 1994 Southern Columbia Area High School graduate, earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering at Penn State in the Schreyer Honors College and received a Master of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware.
Father Lease has been very involved with the church his entire life. His family attended church every Sunday and Lease served as a pianist and organist. The summer between college and graduate school, Lease worked at Saint Francis of Assisi parish in Harrisburg — a poor, inner-city, multi-cultural parish.
Lease has served in a number of positions, including Sacred Heart of Jesus in Lewistown and Saint Jude in Mifflintown the summer of 2006.
He served as assistant parochial vicar at Saint Theresa Parish in New Cumberland from 2007-2011, as chaplain of Trinity Hill School in Camp Hill from 2008-2011, and as parochial vicar at Saint Joseph in Hanover from 2011-2013, where he was pastor for the Hispanic community.
Lease was chaplain of York Catholic High School from 2011-2012, and of Delone Catholic High School in McSherrystown from 2012-2015 and pastor of Sacred Heart Basilica in Hanover, the oldest parish in the diocese founded in 1741, from 2013-2015.
Since 2016, Father Lease has served as the Harrisburg Diocese’s director of the Office for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs. He is responsible for promoting understanding and harmony among Christian groups and other religions in the diocese.
Father Lease is an Eagle Scout and has been active on the executive board of the Columbia-Montour Boy Scout Council and has worked with the local Danville Troop and Cub Pack. He has served as adviser of the Order of the Arrow, which is Scouting’s National Honor Society.

As Director of Stewardship, Kathy works to foster a sense of belonging among the members of the parish by coordinating programs, ministries, and activities that strengthen and support the parish as a Community of Faith. She engages our parishioners to live the Faith by sharing their time, talent, and treasure. Kathy serves as a contact for established parish organizations and ministries as well as a point person for those special events which bring the parish together to build community. She strives to create opportunities and framework to help parishioners understand that stewardship is an expression of discipleship that calls us to share our gifts of time, talent and treasure.

Born in western Pennsylvania, Kathy has lived in Harrisburg and been a parishioner at Saint Catherine Labouré Parish for over 42 years. Kathy is an alumna of Saint Catherine Labouré School and Bishop McDevitt High School. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the National Education Center and has over 26 years of Parish Office experience.

Mrs. Reagan was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland. She earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. She received her post graduate Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. Mrs. Reagan has worked in both Catholic and Public School Systems. She has served as principal and assistant principal in the Archdiocese of Washington and the Archdiocese of San Antonio. She comes to Saint Catherine Labouré after serving as principal at Queen of Apostles School in Alexandria, Virginia.
